10-day early periods after stopping pill

Hello,

I took the pill for the last 16 months, when I decided to stop. After this, I had 2 normal 28-day periods, but after that, I've had my period every 18 days, instead of 28, this is the second time it happens. I have made some changes in my life, like starting to exercise. Is this normal?
