10 year old son with headaches

How often is too often for my son to get headaches? He complains of a headache about every other week to sometimes weekly. They go away with pain reliever. I'm wondering if this is something to be concerned about?

Is there a certain food that your family eats weekly or sometimes more that once a week? I used to be allergic to hot dogs and chocolate--they both gave me headaches.

Has he been through any trauma, such as a car accident, a big fall, etc.? He may have some sort of back or neck problems that are causing the headaches.

Is there anything he does weekly or more than once a week that may be strenuous?
