11 Days late yet negative test result-Help please

My friend had unprotected sex frond around the 3rd of January to thgr 10th of January. She is also a heavy drinker and developed thrush in the last days. She done a test on the 6th of Feb which was negative.
What are the possibilities? Thanks in advance for any help.
