11 days late now light bleeding

I am 11 days late. My cylce is always 23 days so I always know when I am going to start and it is never late. I have no signs of being on my period but I am bleeding very very lightly compared to normal? Could this mean that I am pregnant? I took at pregnancy test last week and it came out negative.. I am very confused. Can anyone help me?

Hi there.

Try not to worry. Worrying never helps! If your period is this late and you took a test and it's negative then I would rely on that. But you can always test again, considering that was last week; maybe if you WERE pregnant your body just started to produce the hormone that the HPT's detect.

You never mentioned anything about being on birth control or if you just got off it. Are your cycles the same every month?
