Hello -- my 11 year old son described a "grape" sized lump on his right testacle. He has not had any pain today, but a couple weeks ago was experiencing a constant pain in his privates. I took him to the doctor then, and the unknown lump was not found. I am going to take him to see our pediatrician tomorrow, but want your opinion.
