12 weeks postpartum with thick clear mucus discharge.

I had my son 12 weeks ago by c- section. Yesterday I noticed when I went to the bathroom I had a clear mucus coming out of me with very little redish tint. I really didn't think much about it until this morning when it has happened 4 times and it seems to be getting worse and worse. There is no oder to it. My husband and I have been sexually active since 4 weeks postpartum but are trying to be careful. I have had 1 period that was 3 weeks ago. Can someone please explain this discharge PLEASE!!
