I split up with my partner in september and have'nt had a sexual relationship since; We tryed to conceive for 12 months and nothing happened, is it possible that i had a sperm blockage in my tubes which then fertilised the egg onces the cysts dissolved? If anybody can help or give any advice or answers it would be very much appreciated, thanks!x
