hi my name is jackie and i need to lose weight i'm only 13 years old and i weight 187. i'm about to go in 8 th grade. i 've always been the biggest in family. it makes me sad when my dad tells me that i'm one of the prettiest in my family but i have a weight promblem. so please help me with a diet plan or something.PLEASE!

hi m y name is kendria and i way about 14 stone or 196 punds my familt is fat alos Embarassed i need to lose as much wieght as i can by august 20th so itll be eaiser for me to keep going during the school year or watever so uh sum1 help

im 13 and iv been on diet and exercise for 4 months now for a girl i really like but near the beggining of my diet i lost it because some jocks at school were bugging me and it depressed me so i went home and ate Shocked 2 pounds of ice cream and a mcdonalds supper Shocked and that day destroyed my diet and exercise routine the best thing for you is to stay happy (what i do is i blare music in my ears during free period and after school trust me it works)

The point is depresion and sadness lead to I WANT ICE CREAM

To be absolutely truthful, i used to be huge. I have lost alot of weight but over the duaration of a year or so. You just have to hold in and wait it out. literally, try and get as much excersise. start new hobbies, and enjoy yourself no matter how big you may be at the time. aim for something, and never lose you goal.

if ur eating salty food likes sunflower seed and chips , ect. dont drink water with it b/c it will make u expand

My name is Elena and i am 13 years old. I currently weigh about 120 pounds and am not happy with myself. I tried dieting but it didnt work and i stopped eating completely but i got sick. i feel like i the only way to lose weight is to stop eating because i lost a few pounds when i didnt eat. I play soccer and i have muscles but i hate my thighs! its summer and i cant even go away with my friends because im embarrased to go out in a bathing suit. please help me and tell me what to do. I used to run everyday but its not helping and im getting tired of it. I try to exercise but it seems unfair for me to exercise and watch what i eat when all my friends eat junk food every meal because they have a good metabolism. Help me pleasee!

hey! im 13 and going into 8th and i wish to be slim and slender b4 skool starts up again too. im kinda over weight. i weigh 125, but i dont look to great in a bathing suit if u know wat i meen. okay okay heres the thing! i found something that has been working AMAZINGGG for me and fast too! my sister and my mom went on this diet thing where u eat only a few certain foods for each day of the week. might i add that they are vegitable soups for lunch and dinner, and snacks are fruite, and drinks is water - u no stuff like that. it sounds pretty hard, but thats y u do it for only one week, then wait 2 more, and start again. personaly u can wait 1 week if u ask me, but u shouldnt do it more than one week in a row. its too hard. ANYWAY after the first week i tried..my stomach was a bit flatter [i have a little belly that pops out at the bottem of my stomach] and my legs already looked smaller. i dont weigh myself, i look at it through how my clothes fit. i only know how much i weigh cuz i had to be weighed at skool [embarrasing btw]. okay so u see my point?! this diet thing is meant to work good, and normally pretty fast. the only hard thing about it is u have to be deticated, NO CHEATING.

now, my help to u is that i can ask my mom for the food schedual for a the week(s), and if ur interested in this just e mail me for the schedual at "destinynamine@aol.com"

or AIM me at "destinynamine" (ill try to be on everyday at 1:00 P.M.)

and if u cant do either of those things...maybe ill just post it here. Smile
