I am 13 years old and weigh 130 lbs. I try to excersize, but never seem to find the time, i am very lazy. I considered committing to anorexia, but scared myself out of it. I cant talk to anybody about it, i'm terrified. I need help, i tried to play field hockey, but that didnt help at all. I need advice on healthy eating habits and excersize. Please, please please help me!

well I just turned 14 few days ago, I was having the same problem then I looked more into anorexia. It's horrible, and no one should do it. I'm lazy also, hehe and I've been trying to lose weight. I weigh 115, trying to get 95 in 3 monthes. To be honest, I was anorexic for a period of my life. People tell me I'm skinny, but I don't see it and they're all trying to convince me to stop, but I can't. That's one of the dangerous effects of being anorexic.

I'm trying to stop the habit, and I'm trying the diet plan where you drink 8 bottles of water everyday. We should stay away from the obvious fatty foods, away from soda and juices, studies show juices contains more sugar than soda, so if you want those vitamins you should eat fresh from the fruits.

Excercising is hard for people lazy like us Rolling Eyes but we should still do it, maybe start by putting 5-10 minutes into it everyday, and then little by little lengthen the time. To lose weight, you'll need motivation. Use some kind of image to help, I hope this reply wasn't useless. Embarassed good luck

P.S. stay away from anorexia
