HI I HAVE HAD BIG PUFFY NIPPLES SINCE I WAS 12 AND THEY WHERE ABSOLOUTLY ENORMOUS BUT THEY HAVE GONE DOWN NOW BUT THEY ARE STILL NOTICABLE AND I NEED ADVICE ON HOW TOO CHANGE THEM TOO BE NORMAL THEY HAV MADE MY CONFIDENCE WITH GIRLS GO REALLY DOWN

This is a condition called gynecomastia. Assuming you are still an adolescent, don't worry. It could be caused by a lack in testosterone and an increase in estrogen. This almost always goes away on its own. If you feel like you should, see a doctor about it. But if you're really subconscious about it, try wearing two shirts instead of one.

i have had the same problem but i was told that it is an increase of female hormones and that it will fix its self i useally where a t shirt underneat of my original shirt to solve the problem but it still is kinda noticeable special in gym class

i can tell you it is not gynecomastia. I have the same problem but gynecomastia is when a male develops full breasts, completely different. I would suggest seeing your doctor as thats what i am intending to do.

i also have this problem as a 16 year old male. does the size of them ever return to normal or is this permenant. very embarrassing

Hey im 27 i had this prob when i was younger it gose away so just go on with your life and dont worry about it trust me young men get this its normale

but here's some advice wear a tight small shirt with out sleeves underneath you shirt and maybe tuck it in to make it more tight

is there no medical way to remove this? its really embarrassing taking off your shirt and having ginourmous nipples...

22 year old male... same problem...same feelings. Ive noticed I had larger nipples since I was 16 and they havent shrunk. Im big into weightlifting but its embarrassing because of them I dont want to show off my hard work. The pool is an avoidance. Friends still pick on me about them.. Makes me so p-o'ed. I cant imagine they shrink. I think they are only talking about gynomastia or whatever the breast situation is that shrinks. I wear a white-beater shirt under my t-shirt. Its hot in the summer. (humph)...
