Well I'm not overweight I'm like 110 - 115, actually yeah... 5'0 ... I don't look fat I just have this belly fat thats usually not visible how do I get rid of it Confused

well ...cut down on deep fried food and desserts, cheese and all fattening stuff...
include more fruits and veggies in your diet ...take in a good amount of water daily
and most importantly ...walk / exercise for like 40 minutes daily
you are young ..try some sports like badminton, skipping rope, cycling etc ..whatever interests u most..the idea is to keep your body moving ..
about the belly toning thing ..try doing some abs work out ..but dont try any difficult pose ..do consult an elder before trying it out ..good luck ..i am sure it will help Smile
