Hello. I am a woman 23 years old and I am a little overweight. I have tried a few diets, but none of them seem to work. I need something that works! My sister told me abut a diet in fourteen steps. I believe that it is called to Michael Thurmond's diet. I heard that it has a big rate of successfulness. Does anybody knows anything about this diet?
The key of success of this diet is customization of the aforementioned diet to any specific patient. You do a survey of forty nine questions and with the answers you give in the diet, they tell you what you should eat. But it isn't only what you eat. It is important that you exercise, and live healthy, sleep 8 hours a day, etc. This isn't some wonder diet.
