14 years old, fit, blood in stool

Hey, I am a 14 year old girl and recently found blood and mucus on my faeces when I go to the toilet. It is not painful at all, and I have looked at symptoms for colon cancer- but this is the only one I have been able to notice. This started about 2 weeks ago, but stopped for a few days around the middle. I am really confused, and have no idea what it could be... can anyone help me a.s.ap, I'm really scared there is something seriously wrong!

Go get this checked out by your doctor. It could be a very simple explaination such as a hemorrhoid. Better to be informed. So go and get it checked. Keep us posted.
