Well i found that if you masturbate then grip your foreskin so your seman stays around the end of your penis it acts like a lube (that doesnt hurt, some lubes hurt the head of your penis) and it makes it easier to pull your foreskin back for the first time. Repeat this why your penis is soft then when your penis is hard try to get an erection, this will be slightly unconfortable but it will strech your foreskin slowly. if you put underwear over the head of your penis when it is eric you are exposing it to contact thus making it less sensetive.

I have found the stinging rather enjoyable, you get a type of pins and needles in your penis' head. I would not reccomend putting underwear or anything over it the first few times. Also pull your foreskin back in the shower (as far as you can) this will keep it cleam for you.

i just noticed this problem too, i can pull back the foreskin, but near the bottom, near the tip, it looks like a piece of skin attached that wont allow it to move back, it goes over the head, but i was getting a hummer, and whenever she would push down, it would hurt, any ideas of what i can do, that doesnt involve surgery???
