| The foreskin is the skin which covers your penis. I have the same problem but it has never troubled me in sex or oral. |

I'm 16 and have problems with pulling back my foreskin.
I read elsewhere about just gently pulling back the foreskin as far as it will go each night, and have been trying it. Then last night, I finally managed to get my foreskin over the head and slightly back. YAY to me  but this has revealed new problems.... 
Even before this, I had noticed that my penis doesnt smell too great, and I presumed this was due to the fact that I haven't been able to clean under the foreskin once thus far. But after last night, I am actually sligtly worried.
On the main shaft, from what I could see (as I only got the foreskin just past the head) there is a thick build up of smegma, and on the rim of my head, small white bumps, like pimples. And to go with all this, a very bad smell and the fact that everything is so sensative.
This worries me extremely as I have just started dating a girl (who may I add is great  ) but I am now worried about what happens if and when we do get to a stage where sex will be an issue.
I love her to bits as she is so honest, and has told me that she had given oral sex to her ex once, but now I am scared stiff (pardon the pun) about what happens when she goes down on me, and encounters the bad smell, and inability to pull back the foreskin 
I have been thinking about sex for a while, and what I would probably do. Usually I have come to the decision of just stick on a condom, without pulling back the foreskin and go. This to me, sounded like my only possibility as then, foreskin will not be pulled back. But its not a way out of oral sex.
As I said, last night was the first time that I had pulled back the foreskin over the head, and it was after masterbation, so the erection was going down, and I think all the semen helped a bit.
I was thinking, just keep trying to pull it back further each day, and at the same time, trying to clean up the mess I have come to call my penis as I go along.
Sorry about such a long post, but I had a lot on my mind, and this is the first time I have actually written anything, as before i have been too nervous. |

I just read about this and just though I might add!
I'm 15 well nearly sixteen and I just found out about this, I slowly eased it back, dont be afraid about it, its totally normal. Try doing it in the shower when the skin is more strechable, after a week or so you should be able to pull it back. Thats my guess anyway i got pretty far tonight. |

Don't worry about the pimples. They are completly natural and all men have them, same goes for the sensitivity.
As for the smegma and the smell, just make sure everytime your bathing
that you pull back your foreskin and wash your penis.
Do this everytime you wash and you shouldnt have anymore problems with smell and smegma. |

| you have to be kidding, an entire lifetime and you're helmet has never seen the light of day? thats not right. people get too worked up over circumcision. it's not that big a deal, get it sorted you silly sod. i did when i was 19 and it's the best decision i ever made, just tell the surgeon not to do a tight cut, just enough to permanently expose the head, and no more. keep plenty of inner skin, i.e. a high cut and retain your frenulum too unless you have a frenulum breve, in which case you're better off without it. you'll not loose too much in the way of sensitivity this way, but you and your partner will enjoy better endurance, and you'll likely never suffer premature ejaculation either. |

| Hondo you are a legend thank you so much but i am curious, you say that the foreskin doesnt roll back if enough foreplay is used, but then how do you enjoy the sex? isnt that what arouses you? the rubbing of the skin back and forth? |

| ok well after i read this i went into the shower and pulled it down past the head, not much pain, but sensitivity yes, i never had been able to pull it down all the way. so i did it today. ok well it is past the head but my skin is like rolled up mostly at the end of the head. and around the bottom of the head is kinda blue. what should i do |

okay so about 5 month ago i was a virgin, just because i thought sex would hurt me, because i couldnt roll my foreskin over the head, i rolled it back a bit once and touched the part under the foreskin and it really really hurt.
I had sex with lube, and it was fine.
Later on in relationship with my girlfriend she decided to give me a "treat", she touched the inside and it still hurts the same, is there anything i can do to take away the pain from behind the foreskin? |
