About 2 weeks ago i noteced that my left nipple felt wierd, theirs a bump behind it, and hirts when pressure is put on it...
Im affraid that its cancer...

Hey , dont worry mate ,
I am 14 but am experiencing the same problem :S
apparently its common in males during puberty. it SHOULD disappear in bout 6 months. if it gets bigger though , you must see a doctor!
anyway im gonna see how mine goes for the meantime, hope this helps.

| Like the other guy said it's nothing to worry about. I'm 23 now and that happened to me when I was about your age. I remember being scared I had cancer or something. Then when I asked the doctor about it one day he explained to me that it was a normal stage of going through puberty. It swells up and sometimes has a bruised appearance. It's really nothing to worry about. The pain and the swelling and the discoloration will pass. |

You've gotten two really good responses above.
It is not unusal for a guy's nipple and breast to grow at various times as the hormones surge. The fact that it's more tender, or harder at this time is not too worrisome.
I would compliment you on being aware of your body and development. This observation will be important when you are older and doing self-checks.
In the meantime, feel free to mention it to your doctor on your next visit, but I wouldn't loose any sleep over it right now.
