16, possibly Hemorrhoids

For the past few days I have had blood in my stool (bright red), every time I have went to the bathroom however it has gotten significantly less and less until yesterday I had none at all. However last night I had a bad case of chills to the point it took 5-6 blankets to warm me; also I have had some stomach pains (only slight pains, not severe). I am not sure what this is as stomach pains and chills are not symptoms of hemorrhoids nor any other gastrointestinal disease I have seen. Any help would be appreciated.
