As the title says, I am 16 and I felt something kind of hard under my nipple and when I squeezed it a clear liquid came out of my nipple! What is going on?! I heard puberty brings this about. Do you think I have anything to worry about. My parents say I am ok and I'm just growing up.

I agree...I also am 16 and i have this like hard lump in my nipple..it heard when i lean on it and when i squeeze it a clear liquid comes out..what is this?

Some medical texts refer to this as "witch's milk".

It is nothing.

As hormones surge, the breast is stimulated and sometimes produces a slight firmness or some fluid production.

Ignor it. It's normal but doesn't happen to all boys.
Don't bother mentioning it to other guys... it's not worth getting teased about, you know? Rolling Eyes
