I JUST RECENTLY WENT OFF OF MY PERIOD AND IT WAS REGULAR . BUT IM HAVING CRAMPS, AND AM FEELING SICK, WHAT COULD THIS BE?

How long ago was the last day of your period? If it's anywhere from 7-14 days, you are probably ovulating. This can cause cramping and back pains...sometimes even nausea.
