alright im 16 and i masterbate 4 to 5 times a week. anyway i have 1 red dot on my shaft just above the scrotum i have had 1before and i burst it, blood came out. i think it might be sebaceous prominence if it is'nt please tell me what it is. Thanks digbig

Something similar happened to me earlier - it just turned out to be an ingrown hair. Nothing to worry about.
