1st trimester pregnancy symtopms

I’d like to hear about 1st trimester pregnancy symtopms. My wife is 2 weeks pregnant. What should I expect? I am very nervous but excited. She is nervous too and sleeps whole day long.

Feeling tired and moody are casual pregnancy symptoms. She may be lightheaded and fatigue. It is well known that women may crave for certain food or on the contrary to have aversion. Anyway, increased level of hormones causes many differences in female body; her world changes and both of you should go through emotional adjustment period.

The length of pregnancy is taken from the first day of the last menstrual period that the women had, so she is probably 4 weeks pregnant (concieved 2 weeks ago).
She may or may not have
- tender breast that increase in size
- morning (or all day) sickness
- increased urination
- increased white discharge
- lack of energy/tiredness
