I am only 20 years old and i think i am going through perimenopause. I have hot flushes, unexplained pains in the body, tingling all over, can not sleep at night, feel tired, my mood changes very quickly, i cry for "nothing". Can it be that i am going throw any stage of menopause since my other blood analysis were perfect. please helppp

IM 20YRS OLD AND HAVENT HAD MY PERIOD IN 2MONTHS I HAVE HEADACHES CRAMPING FEEL TIRED AT TIMES AND SO ON.......COULD IT BE THAT I HAVE MENOPAUSE? I TRIED A PREGNANCY TEST ONLY TO SEE THAT IT CAME OUT NEGATIVE WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO FIND OUT WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH ME???
