Hey guys. Here goes. I've been masturbating since I've been like 12 or something. At least once a day for like 16 years. Obviously, it got to the point where it was just a habit. I'd say 90% of the time I wasn't even horny. I'd just go online, look at porn and do what I had to.

I've had attractive girlfriends in long-term relationships and sex was only a problem the first few times. They helped me through it and everything was Ok. Still, I continued to masturbate.

I suffer from anxiety and I finally went to see a doctor about it. He put me on Lexapro, which totally killed my penis. I don't even get morning wood. So I have stopped taking that.

In college, I used a lot of cocaine during one semester but I haven't touched the stuff since then. I don't smoke and I hardly drink.

To me, the big problem is the porn and masturbation. It's as if I can only be stimulated by myself to what I consider stimuli. Salma Hayek could be naked and touching me, but since I'm used to pleasing myself, it's as if her touching me does nothing for me.

Please tell me this is reversible. Please tell me that if I quit masturbating, and hit the gym and eat better, that slowly this will come back to me. I want to get more sensitive. I want to be able to just stay hard from being inside a woman, and not require friction and hard strokes to stay hard and get off.

Any advice? Could I be suffering from low testosterone?

Thanks guy. I really appreciate your insight. My ex girlfriend really did a number on me psychologically. I tried to tell her that all guys experience this sort of thing and she didn't believe me. She just told me I couldn't "do it" and made fun of me.

My husband is also 28 and going through the same thing! He also had a severe pornography addiction and sometimes it doesn't matter what I do he just can't respond to it. We just talked to our GP and he gave him a trial of viagra. As far as your ex-girlfriend, I would just write off what she said. Not all women are insensitive to this sort of thing. She probably had issues of her own, because men aren't the only ones with "issues"! I would try talking to your doctor and lay off the porn. I hope this helps and you get a wonderful, caring woman that will help you through this.

start running, cardio exercise gets blood flowing throughout the body, as well as hormones. it is healthy to masterbate 2 times per week, idk if everyday is unhealthy but i dont think it would hurt to cut bak. and def dont worry about wat sum chick said, u need to forget her and build your confidence bak up. smile and say hi to at least 6 random girls that u walk by tomorrow, sounds basic but it works.
