Hello.
Have an odd occurance in my body. Trying to gather info. Have an appt to get a blood test on Monday, but the weekend seems like a long wait.
I stopped taking the pill at the very beginning of December. I took the pill for about a year and a half. My first cycle was completely normal. Ovulated at a normal time. Got my period Dec 31, about a 28 day cycle. On January 3rd, when my period had ended, My partner and I were intimate without protection. Chances of having an egg to fertilize were slim. My period is 2 weeks late tomorrow. I have taken 4 negative pregnancy tests.
Could my body just be confused from stopping birth control. My first cycle was completely "normal". Does it make sense for the second cycle to be taking this long? If this blood test is negative for pregnancy hormones as well, do i just patiently wait for my period to arrive? Tired of being in limbo. Want the show to go on either way. |
