2 days late on period, perioid only lasts for 2 days, continus stomach cramps but yet on the pill

Im male, me and my girl friend were both 20 we have regular sex, from what she tells me she takes the pill when nessassary, but when it came to her period being due, she was 2 days late, but also the period only lasted 2 days, she gets constant stomach cramps as well, i realy need some advice, could she be pregent?
