i am a 69 year old woman. ive been experiencing problems with both my feet. My right foot swells sometimes, but my left foot is swollen. It goes down a little when i walk on it, but when i rest it gets swollen. I went to two doctors, they gave me anti-biotics but it didn't work. It so happen when i used one of the anti-biotics it burned my foot. I am currently using a remedy with Phillips milk and magnesia (messaging it on the foot and it has a cooling effect). My feet have been swollen for two months now . Could you help me and tell me whats wrong with me. |

There are many possible causes of the feet swelling (edema). It could be something serious like problems with heart, kidneys or blood vessels or it could be due to high salt intake as well as carbohydrates, abusing laxatives or diuretics, an allergic reaction, some kind of neuromuscular disorder, sodium retention, etc
To know what’s happening, you better give your doc another call or seek second opinion. |
