2 veins on inner foreskin red and slightly swollen. What do I do?

As the title says it, two veins on my inner foreskin just below the head of the penis are a little bigger than usual. Also, my penis head seems to be red towards the middle. And finally, the foreskin on both sides, just below the head of the penis, seems red and swollen a bit. This has been going on for a month now and I know its due to vigorous masterbation because before, those two veins that are now swollen, used to be much smaller. What can I do to make this heal? Could it be I somehow damaged a veins? What type of lotion or cream can I apply? Please let me know!

this is whats happened to me - ive not got the bottle to tell anyone or go to the dr's.

you had any info on this on what to do mate?

Nope nothing unfortunately dude. Now the skin on the inner foreskin is starting to peel off as well as skin peeling on the head. Man I'm pissed

I,m NOT an Doctor of any sort but recent the tip and the underside of my foreshin became very sore and been an guy as you are embaress to go and see the doctor so I try all type or cream and found one that work for me !!!
