this is really wierd, and it has been happening for a little more than a month now, i get this brown stuff every two weeks, not much but there is almost no blood either, i run quite a bit but no other condition that i have read about seems to fit what is happening to me. help please!!

are you pre-menopausal...i.e. about 45 (approx) +?

The 'brown stuff' is old blood and sometimes is not released in a period if things are not right with hormone balance.
i.e. if you are 'oestrogen dominant'
