2 weeks later and spotting, is it implantation bleeding?

Hi I have a question if any one can help me.I usually start my period on the 17th or 18th and this month haven't started yet.This morning on the 30th.I don't know if it is my period or if it is implantation bleeding.I have had extremely nausea for the past two weeks and my breast have been really tender.I was just wondering if someone could help and tell me what might be going on.

If you are trying to get pregnant it sounds like you might have suceeded.

There is so much going on during fertilization and implantation bleeding could be a sign as well as the breast tenderness. The nausea is also a sign.
You might want to try a home pregnancy test, I think that 2 weeks late is soon enough to use most of the test kits.
