should i still be having troble with food, can make me ill for up to three days. left sided pain and cramping

oh my god, i cant believe its taken me this long to get on the compter and start asking questions about my health! i had my gall bladder removed about 6 years ago and i have nothing but trouble since, i also contracted pacreatitis from having the op! so i just dont know were to start there are so many thinks to read about! i cant have more then 2 alcholic drinks or i will no about it. no milk products,cereals.breads,some fruit and veges, and it depends on how much i eat of it. and the worst think is the wind and the pain i suffer from it, i just want to enjoy 1 day free of wind and pain! can u help? Surprised
