hi my 2yr old daughter has got a smelly discharge coming from her virgina, it is also slightly red but i havent noticed her scratching. the discharge isnt a fishy smell as in thrush, so what could it be?

If a 2 year old has a smell coming from her vagina she needs to be seen by her doctor.
