31yrs,f, not pregnant but trying, have constant painfull bre

Hi, I am 31 female, that is not on any contraception and has not been for a couple of years, I have been with my partner for 8 months and stopped using contraception 4 months ago, i am not pregnant but have gained weight in general. My breasts are very painfull and seem to be getting worse and worse and bigger and bigger why do you think this is should i see a doctor?
