Hi I'm Carmela I'm Currently 33 weeks pregnant. I've been feeling very soar between my legs, and in my vagina. I havn't been sexually active for along time, and havn't been doing anything really physical at all. I feel like I have to walk with my legs spread apart. Please get back to me ASAP

Hi there. How strange. I was looking for some pregnancy info and found your message. My name is also Carmela and I'm also 33 weeks pregnant suffering from the same symptoms. It soulds like your discomfort could be "symphisis pubis dysfunction" (SPD). May I suggest you get yourself a "bump" support band to ease the pain. Ask your doc/midwife/carer where you can pruchase one from. I managed to buy mine over the internet. Great investment. You can also get some advise from a physio to recommend certain excercises. If you are suffering from severe SPD your doc may discuss an elective cesarean.
