I ran into it too. I didnβt get it all because you have to pay to see and learn everything but it actually sounds similar to a diet I used to be on where I lost 20lbs in 3 months, which is very good in my point of you. I donβt know the name of the diet I was on but it also suggests
eating every three hours but you donβt get to eat the things you enjoy. In my diet I was having a lot of fruits, diary products, cooked
meat and thatβs it. I was eating only 800 calories during the first month but went onto 1200 and 1400 for the next two months.
3 Hour Diet also suggests eating 1400 calories a day with a lot of fruits and then a combination of all sorts of other foods and foods groups. Unfortunately, I didnβt get to see what foods. I just wanted to let you know that there could be something in their story. Another thing that is true, you eat every three hours, small portions and you never feel hungry.
