3 Lumps in or on my veins on inside of both forearms;

These lumps came up approx 3 hours apart 3 days ago. There was no aparant reason for these lumps, ie, bumping. The first one was the largest and the 3rd the smallest. Last night the second bruise spread quite rapidly and got bluer. they are painful to touch. Doctors at emergency had never seen them before and couldn't tell me what they were, neither could a nurse on healthline. But i'm worried they might be clots and I will be flying in 8 hours from now. Has anybody heard of anything like this before?
