3 months delay with black spotting

I'm almost 3months delay now and I'm having black spotting. I had a prenancy test yesterday it was negative (urine). I am also taking medication for my post partum depression - Remeron 30mg., Paxil 20 mg., and Ativan 1 mg. Please help me. Crying or Very sad

Go to a doctor.
Thats all the advice I can offer.
Anytime your over 2 months late you should go to the doctor.

Are you using any form of contraceptives? Did you experience any other bleeding before this black spotting occurred? If you are not using any contraceptive, you could have gotten pregnant and miscarried without even knowing and are now expelling bits and piece from your uterus.

I reckon you should see a gynecologist to see if this was a possibility, maybe you will need to do D&C if you had a miscarriage. The reason I am mentioning this is because my sister’s best friend had black discharge after her miscarriage.

If not so, the reason you are not getting any periods could be due to these antidepressants. They have a nasty habit of interfering with women’s cycles.

How long has it been since you gave birth? How long have you been taking these medicines? Have your periods returned at all after your delivery? Are you may be breastfeeding?

6mon after delivery i have slight red spotting.did pregnency test $ is negative
