3 testicles!! 2normal size 1 (size of a marble) HELP please

hey i am 18 and i found a small sized marble in with my two testicles i have two normal sized testicles but i also have a smaller sized one aswell, description = its small and its like its attchacted to something because it has like a string on it?? maybe there is some word for that?, so im really scared on what it is PLEASE reply fast! even tho i have this since i discovered it maybe 5 years or longer ago?? HELP tanks Exclamation

There's nothing to be concerned about it's tripod. LMAO. Use it as a kickstand when you get tired. It's pretty uncommon but many people do have it.

Its nothing i have that to and went to a doctor it is just a as ball full of sperm. Its connected to one of your testicals isent if it is thats what i have. YOu can take it of too i did it but it came back. You can have surgeary or removed with a neddle i went with the neddle but segery bigger chance of not gettting it back
