3-yr-old girl with sore genitals and sore legs

Our 3-yr-old daughter regularly complains about having sore genitals. Most days at some point or other she says "My girly bits are sore". To look at them there's no obvious rash, discolouration, etc. And she has no pain or trouble peeing. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Also most nights she says her legs are sore. Could this be growing pains?
