I am 46. I am three weeks overdue my period. have high blood pressure and hypothyroidism. I feel sick and really tired. My breasts are not sore but I am urinating for England. My daughter is 27 years old. Is it possible to be pregant or am I menopausal. Also I weigh about 280 pounds.

To be honest, it could be anything. If you are still having periods, you could be pregnant. The symptoms could also indicate the beginning of the menopause (called perimenopause) when hormonal levels start declining and causing symptoms similar to menopausal.

It could also be your thyroid hormones that could have an impact on your sexual hormones. When was the last time you checked your thyroid leveles?

Considering you suffer from hypothyroidism, as well as hypertension, and you have extra weight, and you are in the age when you are predisposed to many so called female problems, you better see a doctor.
