47 sterilised and not feeling so great

I am a 47 year old woman who was sterilised 14 years ago, but until the last 7 months was not having a relationship. 5 weeks ago during intercourse I just started my period no warnings no bloating, nothing and not due for another week, a little heavier than normal and lasted longer than normal but nothing I worried about.

My periods are usually every 26 -28 days. I was due on the 29th of November and its not arrived what has arrived is nausea very very sore boobs, and a very swollen stomach.I feel like I am going to start my period but nothing. I cant see how I am pregnant but boy do I feel it, I have read loads of information and I am not sure what to do given my age circumstances etc. I have had no other signs for menopause either... as mentioned on all the sites. not sure what the matter but could do with some advice I dont have a doctor yet as I have moved abroad...???
