I am 4 weeks pregnant and i have lower back pain, and sometimes lower abdominal is this normal?

It is normal to have have slight cramping during the early weeks (and sometimes later) in pregnancy. Sometimes a warm (not hot) bath may help these. Do not take any medications for it however without speaking to your doctor, Tylenol is safe, but take as directed on the bottle.
