4 months post thryoidectomy swallowing difficulty

I had papillary carcinoma and a complete thyroidectomy Sepetember 5,2006. I notice that my neck is still tight at the scar site and it feels like ther is something stuck in my throat.
Any clue why this is still happening?
Could I have throat cancer? I am scared of everything now and just want to know if this is normal my TSH was 4.2 and I have been on Synthroid 225 for 2 weeks now.

any advice?
