I had an accident resulting in a lisfranc fracture on 1/13/08. Diagnosed as sprain at emergency room next day...went back and id'ed as lisfranc by CT on 1/14. Surgery on 1/17...1 screw...2 weeks in soft cast...now at least 6 weeks on crutches and boot. Not sure if screw will come back out. Hope to start weight bearing on foot in mid march.

Looking for any exercise tips to maintain conditioning.
