Hi, I am 26 years old male and I am practicing body building for more than two years. I am pretty satisfied with my muscle mass same as my proportions but I would like to increase my body mass even more. I have heard about 5x5 training program so I would like to know how to use it to gain muscle mass.

Hi, 5x5 is an excellent training which may provide you strength or body mass depending on pause time you are making between sets. You may use shorter pause about 30 seconds between sets in order to gain muscles mass. It will bring you great results and you will be able to see it very soon.
