Im 5 weeks pregnant, but i been having a faint pains on my right side. So I went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound. They said everything was fine. That the sac was in the uterus. But they said the the fetus was still to small to see it. But I been reading everywhere that I should have been able to hear a heart beat. Do you think there is something wrong?
At 5 weeks pregnant I had the same pains and they also told me that the baby(fetus) was too small to get a heartbeat from... don't worry this sounds normal!!! You should be able to hear the heartbeat during your next sonogram!! it took us forever, it seemed, to finally hear the heartbeat! make sure you take a recorder to record the heartbeat! you'll definately want to play it over and over again!!
