5day early period with nausea and pain on right side

I had my period early by 5 day tiwce once this month an d last month was the same I ignored it thought this time i can't its more pain and not able to eat then my period started when I should have started today but i have already had it and it ended the pain is still here took pregnancy test it was neg would love to be pregnant my husband and i never use anything and still not pregnant I get symptoms then i take a test it ends up negative had one positive then went to doctor they did blood work it was neg they did ultra sound couldn't find anything help if anyone know anything than you ...I do have a doctotr appointment but its in two weeks they gave me pain meds until then..
