5weeks post abdominal hysterectomy green discharge

I am 5 weeks post abdom hysterectomy with ovary and cervix removal.I have had considerable pain on left side groin area,also suffered bowel adhesions post op,now have started to have cystisis symptoms and sometimes watery green discharge,but today a thick green plug,with small amount blood.I would be very grateful for any advice that can be offered.Wendy
