I need some information on this dieting program - 6 week body makeover. Is it based on exercise or nourishment?

Hey,
6 week body makeover is consisted of dieting programme, which is transforming your metabolism, and also exercise. Firstly you shall discover your body type and then experts will adjust dieting program to your needs. I tried it and I lost weight. I am very proud of me to still have the same weight. This is not an easy programme. It can be very frustrating if you are a soda drinker. I had some problems with that. But once you overcome this, you are at the top. It is worth trying.

I would like to order this program but i have some health issues where i cant eat fresh fruits and vegs. Do you think i could sitll do this program?
