6 days and still nothing... help please!!

i missed my period and its been 6 days now and i just had sex with my boyfriend and right after i bleed like blood not period blood and i just went to use the bathroom and its like pink could i be getting my period or could i be bleeding from the sex? maybe even spotting? i took pregnancy tests but they say negative i really need some good advice anyone go through this? i cant get to a doctor anytime soon and im really anxious to know whats going on!!
