Hi Lisa, all quite normal l would say. Each pregnancy is individual. My first was easy , my second easy too, my third lots of back aches and feeling tired, as l was running around after the first two.
You are under the care of a Doctor l hope, tell your Doctors your symptoms.
If your first child is still young, and you are pregnant running around picking up this child also, might be making you tired.
you might just be needing a little more rest, putting your legs up and relaxing when you get the chance .
